our impact

The CMC  is a private non-profit organization that strengthens our community's wellbeing through mediation, collaborative problem solving and restorative justice.

We help Montanans work out fair and lasting solutions to conflict quickly, informally, and at low-cost in schools, Montana State University, courtrooms, and private mediation settings.  Last year our growing programs helped 435 Montanans resolve conflict through mediation.  In the last year, our family mediation program prevented 83 children from being entangled in the Court system.
